I’m New

Welcome from Jamie

Hello and welcome. My name is Jamie Haith and it is my privilege to be the Priest-in-Charge of the 300-year-old St George the Martyr parish church, nestled in historic Queen Square here at the very heart of London. Whatever brought you to this website today, I hope you have fun scooting through these pages and find what you’re looking for.

This is a small and special church: the worship is a blend of traditional and modern, the furnishings and decor are a blend of historic and contemporary, and the congregation has a heart to know and love one another locally but also impact the wider city.

It has been my honour to be a priest in the Church of England for almost 20 years now: I see it now, more than ever, that we need God’s grace and guidance to enable us to live in a world that is changing around us at warp speed. Never has spiritual exploration been more relevant and necessary: I would love to welcome you to do some of that exploration here.
